About Yokido

Yokido is a blend of Yoga, Aikido and Reiki.  It's as much a martial art as it is a philosophy of non-conflict and peaceful engagement between you and all things around you.  

The Mission

The mission is to free women from the tension and anxiety controlling their lives through a practice of learning to trust their presence deeply embrace the power of their Feminine Spirit .  

 

The women learn to trust and grow stronger through simple breathing practices and movements that explore their understanding of relationship and harmonious flow.
